Booking & Cancellation terms

The customer will be contacted by email from Agriturismo Poggio Mirabile for the details of reservation.

The customer have to confirm the reservation as follows:
payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount at the time of booking by bank transfer. The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

To guarantee the remaining balance, the details of a credit card in progress must be communicated at the time of booking. We inform you that 15 days before to your stay a pre authorization will be made regarding the amount of the balance. (we do not accept pre-paid cards)

No refund is due to the customer who decides to interrupt the stay and in case of no-show.

The rates of last minute offers must be paid in full at the moment of the booking and in case of cancellation are not refundable.

The amount of the tourist tax of Comune di Manciano for this accommodation facility is € 3 per person per night to be paid on departure (except minors up to 14 years).
